Not a wrecker as such but seems to be a big thing on this topic.
Not the biggest Tom Pemberton fan ever, but carting straw with no straps or ropes and then putting a video of it on YouTube. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

The old trailer is certainly on the dodgy side as well, wouldnt end well round here with the cops and DVSA round here.

Mind you he has had 119000 odd people view that video, so maybe he will be able to get a better trailer and some straps.

I like Tom but he does put some things in his videos that he really shouldn't. Not always a good look for the industry.
I don't know his back ground, has he always been at home and just doesn't realise what he's doing?

I dont mind the lad, amazes me that he has such a big youtube following. He is improving his farm but its pretty run down and rough in parts, which doesnt portray the industry well, but maybe it is good to show that its not all Millenial Farmer style.
I wouldnt have the nerve to put mine on youtube so fair do to him.

I'm intrigued by his background as well, the farm looks great at the front, farm shop, milk delivery business, a few highlands and sheep grazing beside the car park, but a total tip round the back, albeit it changing rapidly with a new silage clamp, and a new cubicle shed going up, they've also had a few bits of new machinery recently, but most things are on their last legs, and nothing has seemingly ever been thrown away, knackered gates kept just in case, and then dragged out of the nettles and tied together with bailer twine etc. Knackered loader and tractors. His Dad seems to know his stuff, but is a bit of an old school bodger. Could well be one who has spent all the money on land and cows in order to provide a future for the family as the rest can be done later.
