Bad day for a lexicon in Coleshill Warwickshire

A tracked lexion of a similar age did the same thing to a neighbour a few years back. the complete track unit had sheered off just like that when going down the road. Not an easy one to sort on the side of the road either!

Chassis twisted? Near side panel looks good but not sitting square to rest of combine. Header truck looks too close to cab bottom as well.

Personally I think 4 high at the weights they are getting in these bales is to unstable for a ring hitch on a longish drawbar added with distance to first axle from ring cambers and forward speed obviously straps would help keep the straw on but not from tipping over

Is he even on the road? Looking at the surface its parked on he may have pulled over to let traffic by in an unsuitable place.

All we know from this picture is that a trailer load of square bales hitched to a tractor that is sitting beside the road has ended up on its side shedding its load onto the road. Anything else is pure speculation, oh, and the tractor appears to be a John Deere.

Decent road? The bit of road he's on looks to be shattered tarmac, like it hasn't been surfaced in 20 years. It has to be a lay-by surely?

I know I'm out of touch when it comes to loads of big bales, but the lack of lades on modern bale trailers is worrying to me. With lades, bales do knit together better, and might not be subject to any waves of movement in the load, and subsequent topple factors, that these lego stacked loads must be.
