Look at the blue car ,maybe not tractors fault ,
but these 4-3 bales 4 high ,on these standard bale trailers , 🤔🤔3 high ok ,but 4 ,not sure
guy carting in next village 28 ft tandem trailer 4 high , looks rocky , would want tri axle on low profile twins ,to get height down and well sprung
Trying hard to think of a situation were the blue car could cause all that to happen given the position of the final resting places, but struggling to be honest!

Most of these lost load pictures seem to involve loads of bales 4 high, not noticed many with 3 high. But I do admit it is easy for me to sit and judge as I haven't carted bales for many years.

Would do If tractor was overtaking car and car turned right, that contact would put him over in the gardens.

Just can’t imagine being foolish enough to put a (loaded) tractor in that position though

Blue car turning right, fastcrap overtakes, clips car and rolls?
Pure conjecture, before anyone else says it!

They've obviously crossed paths and the JCB has 'got a wobble on'. As for who is in the wrong for the initial contact, no idea.
