Wreckers!!

Good job the car driver saw that the sprayer was tipping over, and got out the way. If they had decided to take the right turn as intended, they could have knocked the cyclist over.
Would it have been the cars fault as it’s bigger than the bike , or the sprayers fault as he was bigger than the car, that’s bigger than the bike ??

The fault lies with the Sprayer driver,
not watching the road and conditions in front of him or her,
However When I was running a Hydrostatic sprayer, the lack of a foot break was sometimes disconcerting,

I thought the Golf has probably recently overtaken the sprayer and slammed all on to teach him for holding the traffic up then tore off when he realised what was happening

This happened in our yard a few years ago (anyone remember pye farm feeds!).
Thankfully no one was injured.

Over grown hedge so tractor had to cross white line - if only car had kept over to the kerb.

I know tractor is at fault , but could a bus keep inside white line.
Tractor drivers should learn how to slow down now Before they put speed limiters on tractors like trucks have.
It will be like going back in time when they restrict us back to 30 kph .
but perhaps this is not a bad thing as the tractor driving standards I am seeing on this topic are unbelievably poor.

Hopefully the back of that police transit was filled with murders, terrorists a

A topic dedicated to poor driving skills might not be the best place to consider the driving standard for a nation as a whole. It's like going to a cancer ward for a balanced view on the nations health.
We all see it with our own eyes on a very regular basis, it's just as they are "one of us" that we don't see how dangerous it is.
