Are they both down the same line?
Thought speed was linked to phone line length, condition etc.

Well done, hope you make the most of it. Won't reach the broadband backwaters up here, although some mysterious green boxes appeared on a few of the poles earlier, nothing seems to have changed yet!

maybe you should put a new bit of string in between those bake bean tins you are using
