I've just bought a CF-53 Toughbook which has a Gobi 5000 WWAN card in it. How do I get it to connect to the internet? I get that I will need some sort of SIM or contract but I can't find anywhere online that offers it?

I think a WWAN card is a Wifi card, so it will be picking up a WiFi signal from a landline router or 4G router
If you go to settings - WiFi it should search for available WiFi signals. Then connect

But a bit of reading suggests some take a sim card to connect to to a 4G network. - But if you can not find a sim slot ???????????????
Yup. I am somewhat stumped. I checked again this morning and there is definitely nowhere to stick a SIM. I've tried various driver packages but to no avail.

On the CF52 the sim went in the back of the laptop
