WWNP / NFM - What are your experiences?

The Environment Agency recently released their mapping for areas deemed potentially suitable for Working With Natural Processes / Natural Flood Management. Having a long history in the flood risk management field and having had some big stand-up arguments with conservation colleagues about the appropriateness of the idea in some areas I'm interested in the experiences of any of you who have an NFM scheme on your land.

How is it going?
How fully were you involved in the idea and how early?
Does it benefit you?
What learning points have you got for others?
Would you do it again?
