If speaking about new ones - Grizzly has more electronics , Kodiak has simpler mechanical things, like 4wd on and off switch, no diff lock (not sure), no fancy led lights..

We have kodiak 700 and it has 2/4 wheel drive, diff lock and power steering, extra work light and snazzy wheel rims, not that I’m fussed about them!
