YARA bag cutter

I won this yara bag cutter in a cereal competition, but I broke the blade by wacking some hard yara fert trying to get it out of the bag. Does anyone know where I might get a replacement blade?
Thanks

Speak to Yara they have replacement blades available. I have one of these knives and they are brilliant. On their loyalty points scheme they have replacement blades available for 160 reward points (seems a lot)

I find the more expensive the fertiliser the worse the cut bags are to shake out.
I just use a stanley knife.
Me too. I find I need to make an X for the fert to empty nicely. And a sharp new blade to make a good cut rather than a hopper full of canvass strands. I stand on the link arms ( tractor switched off of course ), rather than between the forklift and hopper.

But it was solid enough to break the bag cutter when needed to be used. So summat happened to it between the factory, the docks and the farm.
mustve been quite some competition ,like ' what is this hay or straw ?' 😂
as that weedly thing looks like even looking at it in a 'funny way' would break it,better to have had as a prize a nice bottle of red.... insted :sneaky:

How do you claim the points to buy stuff on the yara website ? Get yara fert by the artic load and never heard anything about points

Follow the link and join the Yara Rewards scheme.

Once in you upload delivery notes of Yara fertilisers and trace elements to gain points.

I always find Yara very helpful On any quality issues. I’ve never known them to run away from an issue. Guess you just need to know who to speak to.
I agree. Two bags in a load last year sat wet in a dry shed all winter, I pointed it out to my agromonist who noted it and when I used it it was bad. Yara credited me full rate for the two bags.

When we unload here if there are any damp patches on the lorry i let my supplier know . Usually its fine but have had some bad bags where there is no quibble over replacing - some lorry drivers when asked say they are loaded with poorly sheeted outside stacks from some stores.
