Putin et al must look at European politicians and chuckle to himself, what a bunch of toothless left leaning bubble dwellers

So many people live in a bubble unaware that diplomacy in so many parts of the world is sorted out with a gun or a tank.

We have green and left leaning politicians in power here in Ireland who will likely end up creating a recession by getting our little island to become carbon neutral while China uses 12 million tonnes of coal………per day.

The vast majority of the public are more worried about their holidays and complaining about their “loss of freedom “ when instructed to wear a mask. If they had a war to deal with, they would know what true loss of freedoms would be.

They are demanding the guv introduces new regs, to halve the daily production, of human waste, halving that, should reduce, in their opinion, the use of loo paper, by a corresponding 50%.

On polling public opinion, they were surprised many people thought they could not cut their waste, by 50%, without causing considerable gut pain.

You could feasibly cut the use of loo roll if everyone was to go out and buy a Japanese toilet. At first I was very afraid of the things, but eventually I succumbed at the insistence of my companions who braved it first. If you haven't been to the far east, there's basically a retractable wand in the toilet. It kinda comes out and pressure washes your arsehole after taking a dump. It's a very gentle pressure washing, thankfully, but it works. Instead of using a great wodge of paper, and depending on what you've been eating in the Sushi bars that could be anywhere between a phone bill and the Sunday Times mass of paper, after the wand you basically just need a couple of sheets just to tidy and dry up afterwards. You really wonder how you ever did without it.

I wanted to buy a Japanese loo when I returned to the UK. They are thousands of pounds though. There's other functions too, like a cheeky little freshen up spray and musical accompaniment to your dirty deeds, and you also get a kinda 'welcome to the party' thing when you first open the thing up to do your business. Come to think of it, there might have been a drying function too, it was a few years ago now.

I imagine any Japanese visitors to Europe must think we've hardly left the middle ages when it comes to bathroom duties.
