Last 2 years I’ve had all mine in ton bags- can’t see why you’d have anything different. 3 bags in the spreader- done. 7 trips to unload a wagon with a standard set of pallet forks

Sounds an impressive setup. I wish we were kitted you like that....though with BPS/ELMS changes I can’t see a great incentive to invest in upgrading to a 4t+ lift capacity handler and a spreader, (let alone tractor to lift it) capable of holding over 3t of fert.

Don't worry, even I've upgraded..... sort of.. limited to 2 bags now then.

You don’t have to lift four at a time. 99% if farms presumably have a loader capable of lifting 1t? And presumably most would put 2x bags in a spinner at one time?
