Yellow Massey Ferguson?

Hi folks doing a clear out of a mates old barn and I've come across a yellow Massey Ferguson I've always thought that they were red so it has spiked my interest. It's been sat in the barn for a good amount of years but I got it running smoothly after a good jump start. The owner wants £1500 for it but I'm sure I could hagle it down.
So my questions are:

How rare is this machine?

How much would it be worth if I cleaned it up and replaced some of the rusty hoses?

Is it worth restoring or just cleaning up as I believe it is original paint?

Thanks for your time, I can get more details of it on Saturday if need be

It's a Massey Industrial. It looks like a 203 without the back actor. @multi power will be along shortly to tell you exactly which model it is. I've just sold a 205 for £2400 and it needs a bit of work, it had been resprayed as well which will have affected the value, that one looks good.

I would have said £1500 would be right depending on the real condition of the engine & hydraulics (especially under duress) - maybe up to £2500 if the engine is really good. Until the guano is cleared off & given a clean up it is hard to say whether original or complete respray would be better - there's a lot of surface rust. It looks like the rear tyres are getting a bit short on tread - okay for running around though.

Pound for pound one of the best tractors I have driven with a flat 8 on. Never use it now as we don't make small bales and sons prefer to jump on the JD 6630 - "better radio" they say! she is for sale with a heavy heart for £3.000 + vat but I don't mind if she stays here in the barn as seeing it brings back such good memories.

We had one which we used with a silage grab. Best tool ever at the time for clearing out the years amassed dung from the covered yard where the milking herd over wintered and, of course, for putting out silage[emoji3][emoji3]

Yep. Real gem!!

My 205 had self levelling, and the sliding kingpost digger. Brakes were useless.
Brakes were dry but easy to replace and with new pads in were OK

A MF 203 industrial tractor based on a 35. Well worth £1500 if all the main parts are in working order or don't need much to put right. Might need a wash!
Are you sure that is a 35 under there, certain mine was a 65 base.
Certainly were a very useful tool round the farm. We had the digger unit on the back, but it could be dropped off in five minutes put a weight block on and it was a very good loader tractor for farm use

35 front end, 65 back end. Torque converter in the middle.
