Yellow rust in grass

What do you mean yellow rust is the soil deficient In anything the grass may not have enough sugars/energy to ferment properly @greatingrass

It's old permanent pasture that's never got going after the drought. Really needs cutting or grazing and getting some slurry or muck on it. It normally grows well and lush but every year it turns yellow at this time of year, if you walk through it you can see the yellow on your wellies. Think it's worse this year with the challenging summer!
