"You can't trust this government or it's advisors"

I think places to go have been some what restricted! We weren’t allowed to go anywhere except, supermarkets, B&M,Home bargains and the like. Not the kind of places I like to frequent in normal times! My wife and daughters on the other hand.........

But now ( well from Monday ) you can go to many other places, seriously you need to get out and about a bit more, it would really help you mentally ref your worry's over catching the virus.

The virus is going to be around for years if not for ever, are you really going to carry on being so scared that you will just exist and not live for the rest of your life?

The problem is the Gov went totally overboard with their project fear campaign and it has done far more harm than good in so many ways.

This sort of thread reminds me of contracting with our old beet harvester.
It was a trailed machine ( a Catchpole Cadet) that had an operator platform on it so that somebody could ride on it and operate a steering lever to fine tune the offset of the Opel wheels to get them dead in line with the beet.
You might ask yourself what could possibly go wrong?
Well, one old customer insisted on riding on the machine and operating the steering lever. But despite it being explained a hundred times he would insist on pulling the lever in the opposite way to that required, the result being his beet were sliced in two and only one half of each beet was picked up. This was somewhat exasperating to my uncle who was driving the tractor perfectly in line with the rows.
Anyway, before the next season uncle welded the steering mechanism solid and disconnected the steering lever from it. The customer rode on the machine again pulling the lever the wrong way but this time it made absolutely no difference at all while uncle kept the machine perfectly on the row just by steering the tractor.
I reckon that old customer would have thrived on threads such as this.😆

"You can't trust this government or it's advisors". Dr Mike Yeadon, former CSO and VP, Allergy and Respiratory Research Head with Pfizer Global R&D and co-Founder of Ziarco Pharma Ltd, talks about his grave concerns about the Coronavirus jab

I urge people to listen to this podcast: Dr Mike Yeadon https://open.spotify.com/episode/3K59YNpZZZ5azVJ6ifQs6d

I can only conclude that nearly all mainstream media is complicit with the government.

I would like to know which government ministers have got their snouts firmly in this latest lateral flow free testing trough. An eye watering £100 billon is currently being spent on testing, much on totally useless self administered lateral flow tests, where flipping a coin would be just about as accurate. You get the feeling that the country has been taken over by corporate raiders who are busy assent stripping what they can before scarpering with the loot!

Last time we were in UK we spent £500 on tests. I did think it was a good business to be in

Maybe we should take a lesson from Donald Macron . ha ha
Macron hasn't handled this part of covid well.
He handled governing France well before and will do in the future.
Just because a Government get things wrong today, it doesn't mean it will get things wrong tomorrow!
Just look at the bojo government farce.
Even then the vaccination campaign was the ' off the shelf ' "NHS plan for SARS!"
Nothing to do with bojo planning!

The title is not that specific...
But, it’s largely assumed to be about the uk government?
Was told by several people who live in France they had got dates for both jabs and was that gap, also there is some evidence that the longer gap gives better anti bodies and works better against the SA variant , hopefully that is all true.

Only AZ vaccine is at 12 weeks as recommended by them. The vast majority atm are vaccinated using Pfizer and a smaller number with Moderna both with second jag at 4 weeks.
