Mines sorted today but booked up a load every Tuesday untilnew year in first week of December. Didn't get one on 28th so rang first thing on Wednesday. Lady at the end of the phone said you've not got any on because Tuesday was a bank holiday and we weren't working. Somehow she felt it was my fault not the lady I placed the order with who never worked out they weren't delivering Tuesday.
Fortunately I had a very nice phonecall 20minutes later apologising and a full load wasworked in first thing this morning.
I have no problem with communication going wrong I was however mighty pee'd to start with when told it was my fault.

i had one do that they said thered never had one do it before!
I’m sorry but I don’t believe that because mine really is the only one ever that it’s happened to.
My Son who’s just had five months with Claas says it’s the first thing he was told was to say that. Also when asked why a combine wasn’t achieving the output it was sold to do you have to say ‘that’s strange everyone else’s is able to’
