Had a ewe last year kept looking dead on a footpath so the girl working for me wrote on the side “I’M NOT DEAD” few days later she died so she crossed out the NOT until 2 of us were there to drag her fat arse in

I just pick them up and move them so pansies stop calling me.I thought I had a dead ewe this morning but getting up to it it was a swan, try to ring the queen to get her to pick up her dead stock but not interested.
We don’t all have handbagsI just pick them up and move them so pansies stop calling me.
Bet that woke you up.......after helping a ewe with twins you think you'll 'cheer her up' with a fodder beet......wander over to the heap in the dark and place your hand on a rat rather than a beet
Your rats sound tamer than your sheep!.......after helping a ewe with twins you think you'll 'cheer her up' with a fodder beet......wander over to the heap in the dark and place your hand on a rat rather than a beet
Would you use a catch dog or crook? When you see you kids running around in the garden and you feel the need to catch them and spray a number on their side.

Just after lambing 4 yrs ago I woke the Mrs up. I was asleep, but I'd grabbed her by the hip and chin and was trying to throw her out of bed.
She asked me what the hell I was doing, and apparently I replied "sorry I thought you was a sheep"
That's another thing that only happens at lambing time. Rubber rings in every pocket but you can never remember where you left the ringing plierscould you wake up in excruiating pain and wife ,c/w ringing pliers, says 'sorry thought you was that tup lamb i forgot about'

I've done that as well but I've found two nowone year i kept misplacing them...kept buying another.....found found three later on ....only got one at mo though
I was blamed for losing them ringing outside lambs but was 99% certain I brought them back to the shed and my wife had left them in some straw. 2 weeks later wife steps on something in the bedding but at least she owned up -after buying another set. That's another thing that only happens at lambing time.
