Do u think I’m being intrusive or rude by saying the hardest part is paying for it. Jesus Christ it was a joke, albeit not the best one granted.I don't know and it's none of my business, but not everyone borrows to pay for things.
No, not at all. Just adding the view that maybe it was already paid for. My comment was as much in jest as your's, however it is difficult to understand the 'tone' of a comment when read. Apologies if you misunderstood, I didn't mean to offend.Do u think I’m being intrusive or rude by saying the hardest part is paying for it. As the great man (Duncan Ballantine) said "I'm ooot"
I have one of these that I could sell you instead of the empty drums.
A tap on the nose with that should soon get them off the platform!
Great thread btw keep the photos coming.
Off topic but we have the exact same boy in our place, used for checking that the sheep weigh bridge is still accurate.
That looks brilliant @Bald Rick , nice to see the confidence is there to make such an investment. Would love to get a mosey around one.[/QUOTE
Ours was used for weighing bags of potatoes, but I think it was also tied to the front of the 135 to keep her nose down when bringing in silage from the field on the buckrake! Now potentially going to be used on bald ricks rotary, a truly versatile piece of agricultural equipment!
Hows it all settling down on the rotary now Baldrick?
Until you go 3xSo long, farewell, auf weidersehen, adieu to you & you & you

Going OK @Turboman ........... averaging 280-300/hr at a comfortable milking speed and last night was the first time we had no one on the off side of the bridge. Milk is down around 12% because still 2x at the moment and still waiting for the glycol chiller so milk isn't cooling fast enough at the moment.
Been a few glitches with ACRs not dropping off and teat sprayers going mental but we expected that. I will say that it has made us realise that Lely do use top materials though!
Biggest plus is shutting the door to the house at 5pm and not opening it again until 5am. NO MORE ALARM CALLS
