Young lamb with tummy ache

Not sure what this is... We have a young lamb that has a swollen abdomen and seems pretty sore. I think it can pass manure but I was going to give it an enema anyway. Anything else I can do?

I've had bloat in older lambs before but I haven't seen this.

How young!? If it's a matter of 24-72 hours old I'd be thinking e-coli infection!?

I had 1 this morning, never been inside, naval was sprayed within a few hours of birth with no mud around. 96hours old, flat on the floor and belly massive :/ poor thing. anyone got any ideas if there’s any curatives for when it happens again?
