High pressure centred over western Scotland, so a dry day for most. A lot of sunshine. Any rain in the north of Scotland clearing in the morning and becoming dry. SW and southern England will see a band of thunderstorms moving north from France, some the showers will be heavy giving local flooding in places. High of 25C/75F most likely in the SE.
Bank Holiday Monday
Low pressure will bring an area of thundery rain into England, Wales on Monday. Again some heavy bursts possible. Scotland should start the day dry with sunny spells although a few thunderstorms arriving in central and southern Scotland in the afternoon. High of 25C/75F.
