Your crop prospects 2015??

How well do you think your crops will yield this year??

I drove across the UK yesterday and whilst OSR crops look good there were very few fields of Wheat/ Barley that looked very promising and clearly showing the effects of the dry April so far.

Its a long time till harvest, all depends on the weather, I wish I could control that, then I would give you
a real idea of potential yields.

dry april is not a problem compared to the weather in may or june

I have the best looking wheat I have had for a few years

the problem with many crops I see is antlantis damage and later planting when it was too wet in October

S wheat (dd) looks very good

All looking fine, apart from lupins which are being *really* slow to emerge. Would like some rain just to get back to being an "average" year, rather than getting the feeling its stocking all the water up for end of July.

You drilled a bit early IMO with the lupins
