What a difference a slight change of wind direction makes.
It's as warm this morning at 8.30 with a SE wind as it's been at all for the last few days (22°C) with an easterly.
If this stays for the rest of the day, I suspect we could get as hot as the rest of you have been saying you're having!

Massive electrical storm last night - was woken by the loudest clap of thunder last night. My sleep addled brain thought it was a bomb going off for a second.
Had a bout 5ml rain, and now it's breezy and cool today.

About 20 minutes ago had thunder and lightening for about 10 minutes, with a short sharp cloud burst giving 4ml rain. Just settled dust nicely. West of Lincoln.
