Ha, we have cows with calves at foot (6 monthers roughly) at approx 900 ft, we shall find out , sure they will be fine though, plenty of silage and cake.
They are looking well though and glad we decided to out winter them.

Here at 18 feet I can safely say that the snow we have is far too much already. Damned stuff.

Windows at back of house are stuck all over with a covering of snow. Must be sticky stuff. Havnt seen that in a long long while. It's coming out of the west or north west which is a little unusual.

Hasn’t really been dry here since late Oct but it’s rather wet now. Had just dried up a bit on Sunday afternoon. Didn’t win euromillions so means I cannot emigrate for winter either

70mm here since Monday , a lot of it as snow. Have had to thaw the gauge the last two days. Raining now , but amber snow warning from 9 pm tonight.

Prior to this we had 1mm in 9 days , the driest spell since early May. Any good undone now.

Lost a lot of tiles and the fascia down one side. Narrowly missed the car. Not happy, now going to bother the insurance company for a few hours.
