Goodness Dr W its March 10 not May 10th. Patience. Plenty time yet - still late winter. I will get worried when I remove the thermals ready for the summer. Best wishes.

its not the spring crops that bother me, those will go in at some point. Even in the disaster of 2016 we got some drilled. The issue for me is the winter ones surviving if it doesn't stop raining, some are getting border line

Too early to worry yet! Drilled s barley last year 2-6th April and did 2.75tns at 68.5kg, so not cookoo barley. S beans after that too!

yup we drilled ours on the 24th of April and did 2.7t/a but it was a cracking spring last year
