Humph! Not too impressed. Our nearest weather station ( Prestwick RNAS - 20 miles away and 600 feet lower down) had a temp of 15.5 at midnight , and even by 3pm today had only risen back up to 14.5. Dull humid morning.

I've herd the temps are going to plummet next week with snow forecast and temp down to 2c in Scotland, northern England and Wales. Summers over.
