only had 2 decent rain events since beginning of may , most of the time until today this last month we have not seen the sun as been foggy cloudy the moisture from that has kept everything moving and due to the fog and dank we only did our first cut grass mid last week, very late for us but a good tonnage of what looked a poor crop in april. wheats are only just begining to flower with most still last bit of ear emerging. crops now taking up the applied N urea and going a proper dark green. bbq today as its a warm day sheltered from the breeze

A surprise shower yielded 3mm on Saturday night but otherwise we are still in need of a decent rain in our little corner. As much as 12mm fell last weekend less than 3 miles away but we missed it. Looks like we are mainly dry again for this week.
