fecking wet in shropshire today! opened up a number of trenches for drain repairs yesterday... got soaked putting in pipes this morning in a bid to do it before the trenches collapse... having replaced 50m of a blocked 2inch tile drain with 60mm plastic I noticed water blowing up into the trench that must be from another pipe, on edge of the trench but deeper... Given the volume and prompt response to rainfall I can only assume it must be the main drain that carries all the farm buildings roof water away, it aint all gonna fit down a 2 inch lateral :banghead: trench is now a pond :banghead::banghead:
