Drying up well with the wind and sun. After turning this morning, did some straw baling this afternoon got most of it what hadn't blown away. Was going to try more combining but didn't fancy getting stuck (again)

Been pretty rubbish. Wet start. No breeze. No heat.

It WILL be dry now. I am starting to drill some OSR this weekend. Here beginneth the autumn drought that will see my seedlings grow at 0.00000001 mm per day while smothered in ravenous flea beetles.

Just to be certain it will be dry, I have some grass seeding to do for a neighbour. Grass seeding always brings on a drought, usually necessitating a redrill.
