Pea viners rolling at Sleaford today brought the rain on. Ground conditions so much better than last year as they were rutting the fields terribly and having to leave areas. That of course explains why we have had some gritty frozen peas this year from the supermarket!

Is that early? Don't normally see them until lincs show, or has the heat brought them forward?
