Can you remember this the 25th of January last year

Dad has reminded me for as long as I can remember that the snow arrived on the 25th January in 1947 and lasted for 12 weeks!

Fools spring aint it? February will likely carry on much the same as we are now, just get a horrible feeling March wont be good, be it snow or lots of rain. I'm normally quite optimistic but we got to have the rain we've not had plus more at some point? Time will tell.

Some parts of america to get heavy snow for the first time in a good few years, usually takes a fortnight for the uk to get the tail end of it and the papers reporting its on the way!
