Few Rain showers about today accumulated 7mm. In last 48 hours. Just plain miserable. A field of sugar beet always looks huge when you can't get anywhere near it with a harvester.
No precipitation for 24 hrs but a very damp feel , as per 'usual.'

It hasn’t rained as much over the last week but two lots of slow thawing snow make the ground worse than ever and never known it as bad for dampness in the sheds hopefully the easterly wind will dry things up.
