Your getting lucky. Dry this morning heavy showers this aft. Went to look at a field about 10 miles away to find the dyke had been over and spent the next hour letting water off. Turns out they had 33mm in just over an hour and half yesterday when we had none!!

Someone said there was a chunk between pock and howden but it fizzled our before it got to us

Sprayed the beet. Chucked it down as I left the field. The met office app and radar is utterly useless. Anyway half the mix was residual soil acting so not all lost.

5.5 mm in the gauge this morning, it was chucking it down at 00.30 it's dry but a tad cool at the moment. I hope it warms up for my sheared tegs.
