Cooled off lots here. 15 c todat with showers. Seven miles away got caught with thunderstorms on Wednesday night. 3 plus inches in two hours stopped the religious ones praying for rain on both knees . One knee is quiet enough for our soil type.

At 130mm, May is still only the second wettest month on this farm this year.
year so far,

Feb 50
Mar 21.5
Apr 17.5
May 130
total to date (22may) 371mm.
With 30 year av of just under 700 and with the wettest half of the year still to come, we are in for a dry run or we’re gonna need a bigger boat.
