Yep. It’s changed our beet harvest from being an easy clean run to now turning in to a protracted mess all the way to Christmas. Hasn’t been helped at all by not being able to shift one lorry load due to factory problems. No doubt those lads are trying their best but it’s impacted us considerably back up the line.
What can we do? Maintenance and a garden hedge reduction job in town this morning. New sideline that’s mushrooming by word of mouth. Stuff nobody else wants to do.

The reason why nobody wants to do it anymore is the running and maintenance costs of hedge trimmers and the hassle of clearing up the rubbish ,,been there ,got the Tshirt ,far too many of the transit brigade doing it that dont bother with any insurance or waste certificate .
