4 but feels like -1 here at the moment with a brisk wind, a high of 7 forecast today.

east Anglia Forecast:

Forecast - 24 hours (weather and hazard summary)
Outbreaks of rain pushing south-east this morning, becoming more showery during the afternoon with some sunny intervals too. Becoming cloudier again this
evening with outbreaks of rain pushing south-east overnight. Colder air will dig in later in the night as winds turn more northerly and becoming increasingly brisk. Sleet or wet snow is increasingly likely in the west in heavier bursts during the second half of the night, perhaps bringing a slight, slushy accumulation in places, mainly over higher ground. The strongest winds are also most likely in the west of the region, with gusts of 40-45mph in the far west of the region during the latter part of the night.
Forecast - 2 to 5 Days (weather and hazard summary)
Showery outbreaks of rain, sleet and wet snow on Saturday morning, but likely to turn more to rain through the day as slightly less cold air pushes in. Winds turning more northerly through the day, with gusts of 45-50mph widely and gusts of 50-55mph in the north. The odd gust close to 60mph is possible along the north Norfolk coast during the afternoon and evening before winds ease slightly overnight. Rain and sleet dying back to eastern fringes through the evening and overnight. 24 hour rainfall totals of 10-15mm are likely widely in northern and central areas, with totals in excess of 15mm not ruled out locally.
A few showers along northern and eastern coastal fringes on Sunday, some of which could fall as hail, sleet or wet snow in blustery north-westerly winds. Largely dry and sunny farther south and west, but cold. A few showers continuing in the north-east overnight, gradually fading. A dry, cold and frosty night inland. Mostly dry inland on Monday, with lighter winds, but remaining cold. The odd shower along eastern coastal fringes. Turning less cold overnight as winds turn westerly. Milder on Tuesday, with outbreaks of rain likely to push in from the west.
