I asked a mate who builds shed the other day and he said a 260mm are roughy £8/m

Has anyone seen the Z purlins that are painted for Agri sheds that offer far better protection against rust? Saw a few adverts in the farming papers promoting them. Not sure if it’s an enamel coating or what like your slurry towers.

I've not seen them, but the only better rust protection than hot dip galvanising is to hot dip galvanize it, acid etch it then powder coat it. You could also paint it instead but painting over HDG is not easy to get right, and usually more costly than power coating.
