How come starting so early just cleaning some off that didn’t get cut last year?
Always cut as soon as it’s dry enough to get on the ground, last year was the 6th feb , previous 3 years to that were the 2nd , 3rd and 4th of January. If you miss a dry spell and it turns wet then it doesn’t take long for it to start beating you. Also like to clean fields off of winter growth for slurry. Not a big pile of grass on the fields we can travel on at the mo but the grass is very good quality
