Zetor 6711 brakes

Hi all looking at an old zetor 6711 for general bits and pieces maybe a day or two a year, been to see it but the brakes seem to be grabbing slightly on the back end, it’s been stood for a good 12 months unmoved. I assume it’s on drums as they were of that eira, any ideas or is it just she’s been sat for a bit too long.

Drum brakes wont be hard or expensive to fix

Can anyone advise me also on how to retrieve a vehicles v5c and if it’s been previously road registered?

Always a bit snappy, as they dry drums. Just check all linkages for partial seizure and oil as you go.
