I recently fitted a new cab heater fan in my zetor 7211. The fan is working fine but blowing cold air. No heat at all. I’m unsure what to diagnose or look for. Any suggestions? I know many will maybe say coolant.

Is there a working thermostat in the engine? Is the heater control valve working?Maybe the knob is turning but not moving the valve from cold to warm or the cable is seized. Are the water pipes still connected from engine to heater matrix? And if so,check if they're blocked.
