Zetor 7340 / John Deere 2400 specs please

Are we welding it or silver soldering / brazing it?
The lower temps might just work .............
Just might be a tad hard to start

Some lads on a budget (and for themselves) would try liquid steel.
I hear a lot talking about building up the block with it (first O ring gone porous only) with good success?
And no heat involved ............
(y)could do if it's available

You be surprised at how little heat you get at low amp tig

I was welding stanly blades together cutting edge to cutting edge with 10 amp;)

what did you do to it all?
New headgaskets and new o-rings on the one liner that was leaking. Decided to put the old liner back after filling the pitted bit where the o-ring sits with some two pack glue type stuff (can't remember the name) After putting it back together and pressure washing it, we saw that the hose from the radiator to the water pump was on its way out. Tried to order one - sorry none available. Haven't been available since 2010 (bullcrap) So we had to make another hose fit. Seems to be working for now.

Will you get the name of the "two pack glue type stuff" whenever you get a chance, please.
Left the other liners where they were or did you pop them out?

Great you got going again, if your stuck for a hose we have a few strong dealers here, that will post out to you.
But I'd say she'll be grand .............. (y)

Left the other liners in for time being.
I think the glue is basically super glue with a type of powder. When it's dry it's basically like steel. Filed the groove where the o-ring goes with no problem, just cleaned the place on the liner very good before applying the glue. Have had luck fixing a radiator like this before also.
Will need to find a supplier of parts over there, as I will definitely buy another of these tractors if the price is right. Really impressed with this tractor for its size.
