Both callipers fitted
Fair chance it’s just air. What series is the Landy are you running a servo?Well i took the landy on a 100 mile trip today bedding the brakes in generally giving the landy a run out and the brakes are great prividing i pump the pedal once as i think there is either still some air in there or i need a bigger master cylinder so i will give them another bleed next weekend and go from there
I’m maybe old fashioned but I always thought series land rover brakes when set correct we’re good especially when you have servo assistance. I’m not sure will any benefit be had with discs on the rear, up here in the north of Scotland we have that much road salt disc brakes on the rear give the most problems with rusty discs and siezed callipers due to them not doing as much work
Yeh I know what your saying those screw back pistons especially on vw they just love siezing up. I couldn’t see a disc hand brake conversion lasting very long on a Landy up here the salt would have it rusty in know timeMany rear calliper problems are a product of them being asked to perform handbrake functions as well as being foot operated - The series Landy will still presumably have the transmission handbrake ?
