Narrow Baler width advice please

are you aware there are mini round balers available? Seem to be around 5K new no knotters and make bales around 20Kg not so easy to stack admittedly but they should make good hay as the air can get in the stack. Google “ small round baler”
Yep have looked at them but they're Chinese built I hear so not in the fleet for the long haul

Neighbour used to have a small Krone kr125 ? Round baler, I think their called Bellima now? Pulled it with 70hp. Got into all his small fields off the narrowest of lanes that some of the contractors couldn't get a tractor into!
Then just spiked them home.

Back in the day the International B45 baler had to be delivered into Anglesey either on a barge across the Menai straits or by rail across Britannia Bridge. BR used to carry it in a truck on it's side. The arches on the suspension bridge were too narrow. These days buses go through them at walking pace.

Back in the day the International B45 baler had to be delivered into Anglesey either on a barge across the Menai straits or by rail across Britannia Bridge. BR used to carry it in a truck on it's side. The arches on the suspension bridge were too narrow. These days buses go through them at walking pace.
The International B45 did have a fixed drawbar in working position and there was no option for transport, as in working position all the time.
They were numb things to more about, unless you have 16 foot gates or got a good run at it
