Has there been any interest in the Rainthorpe land ? Has any of it sold , anyone been to look at it or will it go to neighbouring farmers as it’s looked likely by the lotting plan .

It is ridiculous we are within 3km of a grass airstrip that is used probably 10 times a year maximum by someone with a microlight but is a registered airstrip so a full application has to be made . Added to which the nearby trees tower above any of the sheds we’ve put up and are 3 wind turbines...

Have the opportunity to take a lease on 25 acres of long term pasture adjoining my current property , comprising one 15 acre with water, 5 acres in two fields no water and 5 acres of unmanaged woodland . Fields are very wet and undrained in need of 50% refencing to enable stock Been offered...
