No operators lisence if on ag papers it is to be treated like a tractor in the eyes of the law. I keep the papers in glovebox of shearing lorry as police struggle to get their heads round it unless u have the documents with you.

U don't need a lorry lisence, Send them the photos proving it can only be used for dipping and then u will get in on agri papers so just an ordinary b lisence or tractor lisence is legal.
