Looks to me like load sensing set up by the pipes but I know nothing about the balers.on my class the load sensing I put on with a class kit for not a lot of money. it plumbed into the top of the spools were you have some hydraulic pipes already by the look of your picture what do they feed ...

I don't think that it is complete rubbish ,you don't pay the quoted price on a monthly basis but pay some upto 15 months in arrears (average 7.5 months ) ithink . this is subject to change after the end of each month is it not.I personally do not include the deffered bit as milk price an count...

my pump was less than that but idont know if there are different sizes .you say about using it for iirigation how much water will you use for that .I looked at using it to pump water up for ahydro electric scheme but could not pump enough water for that .
I have one ,very good when set up correctly never had a problem with the filter. Did have a problem with the pressure vessel splitting but that was probably related to the fact that I used a existing pipe rather than putting a new one in.replaced it with a 32mm pipe and have had no problems...
