You will not receive your April payment but your October one should be paid in full by the end of December. You will then be paid the following June and December in full and the missing amount (your April payment less the part one you have just received in February)
will be paid in June 2017

Thanks @Billhook, you have just done in a few lines what Natural England have failed to do in three letters and an e-mail. Plain English isn't there strength, it's buggered up my cash flow though, looks like will have to wait a year to get a fresh bull.

They are a law unto themselves and proving increasingly untrustworthy within contract. Look out for moving goalposts of interpretation.
The appeals process is laughable.

There are a few words in plain English that I would like to say on the matter............................!

Just had a joke email about confirming my hls/els options.
They are threatening to withhold my grant if I do not reply by May or June!
They are already holding back the money! Where is the threat?

There is another line threatening me with imprisonment for making false representations! They have quite clearly ignored the law on contracts without any punishment at all.

How is anyone going to have the confidence to sign up to any agreement if it is not worth the paper it is written on.

It is really not the way to conduct business
