Apprentice who think you are dumb enough to believe them that they have very important course work to do when the sun is shining and silage is down
As Alan sugar would say " your fired "
If you want to be a tractor driver , be a tractor driver .
If you want to be a mechanic don't just turn up when it's raining

That's being a contractor isn't it?:scratchhead:

:hilarious: That makes sense, I was thinking I needed a twig to poke them as I passed :ROFLMAO:

Back in the day when my bro passed his test his 1st car was a Citroen 2cv,they had a manual windscreen washer pump we figured if you turned the nozzle you could squirt push bikers as you overtook them.(y) :)

I also figured while p1ssed up in back of a landrover coming home from a young farmers doo if you pulled the pipe off the back windscreen washer you could squirt the other inebriated individuals in the back with screen wash.:facepalm:

Not learning to say no when a customer wants a job doing next week, when I am fully aware that the diary is full and I fly out for a weeks holiday a week on monday.
I feel night shifts coming on, workshops going to look like strobe city.
the result will be two fold, 1) ill need a weeks holiday to get over it , 2) ill need a weeks holiday to dig myself out of the sh*te club.
you always put customers first, ill be told.
customers pay for the holiday, ill reply.
Glad it's not just me and OH that have that argument :)

Factors (land agents) that think they are smarter than you, tell you that you are wrong when it is them that is in the wrong and are ignorant!

Said today that and were wrong and that grass should be 10cm pluss for sheep grazing
Tried to say that the new basic claim was the same as quota and went with the land
I was wrong for thinking that quota was linked to production and that basic payment was paid to the one who triggered the activity!

Haha u gota laugh
