looking for position with responsibility in the pig industry due to upcoming redundancy.
20 years experience prefere outdoor pig keeping but would consider returning indoors for the right position.
Currently managing a 550 sow outdoor organic herd in Norfolk.
Managed units from 400 sows to 1250 sows all to a very high standard.
Achieving excellent results (regularly weaning over 11 pigs per sow).
Dedicated and Always aim to achieve then better production targets.
Excellent abilities to educate and train employees.
Able to operate to required level, freedom foods, red tractor.
Excellent recording skills and computer literate.

Looking for production manager/muti site management role but would consider all roles available.
