I have noticed, don't know if it's coincidence or not, but if you accept BT's customer survey when trying to get through to India the waiting time seems much reduced. The only thing that keeps me going on the hour long call where I'm getting nowhere is the thought that at the end of the survey I can really slag them off. (Which is probably why I have so much trouble with BT, broadband too slow this morning to do their speed check

OH sometimes tries to ring them then decides she can't understand their banter, she reckons that as I spent several years being the only white man in an office full of Asian and middle east types I am more attuned to their accents.
