With wrapped round bale Silage and some square bale straw are those straight sided squeeze lifters any good or just a half way house for either?

As long as you don't put spinach in a bale they do just fine.

I have run a straight sided squeeze for the last 6 years. Handles round bales and 80x70, 120x70 & 120x90 squares with ease. Can also carry two bales at once. Just make sure the bales are not more than 5 foot long or you won’t be able to pick them up!

We bought this over the summer. I think its great. It does round and square bales well.
