is this the upgrade we should have had , or is this a new install in which case they will need to be qualified
for a replacement we used a firm called "Applecoat Ltd" From Hanley in Staffs who specialised in replacements when the original G59 relay would not accept the G99 settings.
otherwise our local PV company did the ones which had no issues

That’s what I assumed , they can’t or won’t. We are installing the boiler and ORC , but not the connection to Grid, so need a third party to gather the information and complete the form. We have tried the usual suspects but they also can’t .

They do all the paperwork as well so might be worth a call.
